  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• Shipping Duration

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days (where available).

• Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the saree.

  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

• Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your order using the Shiprocket tracking system or the carrier's website.

• Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship within India and to select international destinations.

• Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Delivery Attempts

  • Our carriers will make up to three delivery attempts.

  • If a package is undeliverables after three attempts, it will be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.

• Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately.

  • If your package is lost, we will work with Shiprocket and the carrier to locate it or provide a replacement.
